Privacy Notice

When we welcome you as a customer at Cheshire eco cleans LTD, we require certain data from you. This data enables us to confirm the schedule of work, send you our terms and conditions and to come to your home, or workplace to complete the job.

The required information will be collected by Kim Jameson (Director) via our company email account. The address and phone number will need to be shared with your allocated cleaner, who will have signed a contract stating that they will not use the details for anything other than completing the work.

The general information we will keep on record will include; your name, address that the work will take place, email address and telephone number.

We will not have to access your bank details, as all payments are made by direct debit. In the unlikely event that you would require a refund, we would need to take your bank details at this point. We will however, not keep these details on file.

We promise to never share the data we hold for you with any other person outside of our company.

All details will be held up to 5 years after the termination of your cleaning contract, unless you ask us to delete the information before this point.
